Patrick Byrne, president and CEO of Intermec, and Bradley Tilden, president of Alaska Airlines, have been appointed to the board of Flow International, the company said Monday.
The two are expected to replace Arlen Prentice and J. Michael Ribaudo, whose terms expire in September. They are not eligible for re-election under the company's term limit policy.
Byrne has been president and CEO of Intermec, which makes inventory tracking devices, since July 2007. Tilden has been president of Alaska Airlines since 2008.
Flow International makes water jet machines for cutting and cleaning applications.
