Lightning Round: TiVo, Capital One, Novellus and More

TiVo : Cramer said TiVo has too much pending litigation for him to recommend the stock right now. The share price could rise or fall depending on how those cases play out, but there’s just no way to know right now.

Maxim Integrated Products :Novellus is a better pick, Cramer said.

General Mills : Cramer is bullish on GIS.

Capital One Financial : Once a financial-regulation law has passed in the US, Cramer said, many of the banks will rebound, including COF. But he likes JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America , as well as Citigroup as a speculation play.

Visa : Cramer said he can’t get behind Visa until it dips into the $60s.

Cramer's charitable trust owns Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase.
