BHP Billiton : Sell BHP. Cramer said he’s worried about Australia’s proposed mining tax and a slowdown in Chine, both of which would hurt this mining company.

EMC : Cramer is bullish on EMC. He called it “the most inexpensive tech company that I follow.”

Teva Pharmaceuticals : Investors should take advantage of this decline in TEVA and buy the stock, Cramer said.

McDermott International : MDR is a buy, Cramer said.

Qwest Communications : Take profits in Qwest, Cramer said, and switch into Vodafone .
