UTILITY CLIMBING
With yields falling on bonds, utilities performed well on Tuesday as investors chased any kind of return they could find.
What should you make of it?
I’m noticing money going into the XLU, as well as chemical names and even McDonald’s, says Pete Najarian. As far as I can tell investors are parking money in all these areas in an effort to seek any kind of yield they can find.
If you want dividend yield, I’d look at Telefonica, adds Tim Seymour. I like the chart.
