Why did HP work so hard to buy data storage company 3Par ? To continue expanding beyond printers.
The war in Iraq may be over, but the war in customer service is not. Seems a while back, a soldier having trouble with his HP all-in-one printer called the company for help in fixing it. Things went downhill from there and it was all put on tape - note there is one expletive at the end. You can watch the video here.
