Lightning Round: Linn Energy, Gilead Sciences, Wells Fargo and More

Linn Energy : This stock has enjoyed such a nice run, Cramer recommended taking some profits. “But that company is good,” he said, “and right now the yield is fine.”

Raytheon : Cramer said he’s “worried” about the defense stocks because he thinks the US defense budget will be cut. Sell RTN.

Gilead Sciences : Cramer said that sentiment toward biotech stocks has been improving of late, so he is willing to recommend GILD. That said, he thinks there’s only “a 15 percent move here because Gilead is not the best of breed anymore.”

Yanzhou Coal Mining : “We do not trust the Chinese stock market,” Cramer said. Sell YZC.

Wells Fargo : WFC is “too hard,” Cramer said. If investors must own a piece of this company, they should try the preferred shares. Or consider Cramer’s favorite bank, JPMorgan Chase .
