The education service company was upgraded to equal-weight from underweight at Morgan Stanley with the price target of $128 per share.

-----------Bank of America
The financial institution was downgraded to hold from buy at Stifel Nicolaus. The stock also traded at its lowest level since July 2009.


Chicago Bridge
The construction company was initiated buy with a $31 price target at BB&T Capital Markets.

The semiconductor manufacturer was downgraded to neutral from buy at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
