Top Traders: Earnings to Watch Next Week

There are many companies reporting earnings next week — the "Fast Money" traders discussed their thoughts on select stocks and how thye're playing them ahead of earnings:

Exxon Mobil : Steve Cortes, founder of Veracruz, does not like the energy name because of its exposure to natural gas. Cortes said natural gas prices have no bottom, supply is endless with technology and all of that combined is preventing XOM from performing well against it peers. He recommends any energy name, but XOM.

Microsoft : This story has to get exciting soon, said Joe Terranova, chief market strategist at Virtus Investment Partners. Teranova wants to know what its momentum will be going into 2011. They'll need to explain what that growth story will be.

Visa : This earnings report should provide a gauge on what to expect for the upcoming holiday season, said Brian Kelly of Kanundrum Capital.

Guy Adami of Drakon Capital recommends watching two chemical names: DuPont and Eastman Chemical .

ConocoPhillips : Analysts from Caris & Co. and Mesch Capital Management shared their thoughts on COP. Watch the video to see what they had to say.
