NEW DELHI, Nov 12 (Reuters) - India's state-run refiner Hindustan Petroleum Corp may float crude oil tender for January loading later in November, its head of refinery K. Murli said on Friday. The oil marketing firm will not bid aggressively in the latest Indian exploration licence round, Murli added. He also said the company will import 240,000 tonnes of petrol in the current year to end in March 2011.
