MOSCOW, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Russia ran a budget deficit of 783.6 billion roubles ($25.42 billion), or 2.1 percent of gross domestic product (GDP), in the first ten months of the year, the Finance Ministry said on Friday, citing preliminary data. Russia plans to reduce the deficit to 5.4 percent this year, assuming oil prices at a level of $75 per barrel, and aims to balance the budget by 2015. Analysts had forecast a budget deficit of 4.4 percent for 2010. The figure is calculated on the basis of cash transferred to budget funds recipients.
