Both this year's ranking, and last year's recognition as a Top 20 Outsourced Tech Support Service Provider, are as a result of surveying actual service users about actual client experiences.

The Top 50 Service Providers in the Americas ranking is based on the responses from 3,010 validated survey participants who stated Americas as where their place of work is located. In total, Americas-based respondents provided feedback on services received from 1,087 service providers. The Top 50 Service Providers in Americas are those that scored the highest overall satisfaction ratings with a specified minimum number of responses each.
