Japan's Idemitsu to restart 33,000 bpd RFCC next week

TOKYO, Dec 15 (Reuters) - Idemitsu Kosan Co , Japan's third-largest refiner, said on Wednesday it expects to restart a problem-hit 33,000 barrels per day residue fluid catalytic cracker (RFCC) at its Hokkaido refinery sometime next week. Idemitsu had said it would take about two weeks to fix the problem and restart the unit, which was shut on Dec. 4 due to a technical problem. No other units have been affected.
