MILAN, Dec 15 (Reuters) - Shares in Tod'S SpA were down 7.5 percent in early trade on Tuedsday, after the Della Valle family said they were selling up to 10 percent of the luxury good maker ahead of a move into Milan's blue-chip share index. Chairman and Chief Executive Diego Della Valle will sell up to 2.46 million shares in the private placement. Vice Chairman Andrea Della Valle, his brother, will sell as many as 600,000 shares, Tod's said in a statement on Tuesday.
