Dimon on Economy:

PEOPLE WANT TO GROW, THEY WANT TO EXPAND. THE INNOVATION AND TALENT OF THESE COMPANIES IS EXTRAORDINARY. AND YEAH, I THINK WE'RE STARTING TO SEE THE WORLD RETURN TO A GOOD, NORMAL, LET'S INVEST, LET'S TAKE RISKS, LET'S GROW AND FIND NEW PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. I THINK THAT'S A GREAT THING.

Dimon on Outlook:

LARGE CORPORATIONS ARE IN GREAT SHAPE. MIDDLE MARKET COMPANIES ARE IN VERY GOOD SHAPE AND STARTING TO BORROW AGAIN. SMALL BUSINESSES, WE THINK ARE BETTER THAN THEY WERE. AND WE SAW SMALL BUSINESS LOANS GO UP ALMOST 40% THIS YEAR. THE CONSUMER, OUR ECONOMISTS THINK THE CONSUMER IS HALF PREPARED THEIR BALANCE SHEET TO WHERE THEY NEED TO BE AND THEY'LL BE DONE BY THE END OF THE YEAR. THE GLOBAL MARKETS ARE DOING OKAY. FINANCIAL MARKETS ARE WIDE OPENING, AND STANDARDS ARE GETTING LOOSER FOR LOANS, WHICH IS NOT NECESSARILY GREAT FOR BANKS, BUT GREAT FOR THE KOUN INDUSTRY. EVEN HOUSING IS BETTER THAN IT WAS A YEAR AGO. I CAN'T SEE ANYTHING THAT'S WORSE THAN IT WAS A YEAR AGO.

Dimon on Fiscal Deficit:

THE FISCAL DEFICIT IS A MAJOR ISSUE WE HAVE TO HAVE FACE IN THE COUNTRY. WE HAVE TO SHOW THE DISCIPLINE, IF WE DON'T DO IT LOGICALLY, OPENLY AND INTELLIGENTLY, IT WILL GET DONE BY THE MARKETS. THERE'S ONLY ONE GOOD OUTCOME HERE. IF I COULD PUSH A BUTTON AND PICK ERSKIN BOWLES IN CONGRESS, I WOULD PICK HIM RIGHT NOW.

Dimon on Mortgages:

90% OF THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE A MORTGAGE ARE DOING FINE. NOW YOU'RE TALK ACT THE ONES WHERE THERE'S ISSUES.FOR EVERY MORTGAGE WE FORECLOSE, WE MOD, TOO. YOU FORECLOSE TO THE PERSON WHO CAN NO LONGER AFFORD IT, EVEN AT THE REDUCED VALUE OF A HOME. THEY'RE PROBABLY BETTER OFF GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE, GETTING RELIEVED TO THE DEBT.THEY GET ALMOST 100% DEBT REDUCTION.SO YOU READ STORIES OF PEOPLE SAYING I'M BETTER OFF. THE HOME GOT SOLD.

Dimon on Capital:

USING ANALYST ESTIMATES, OVER THE NEXT THREE YEARS WITH WE'RE GOING TO GENERATE $40 BILLION TO $50 BILLION OF EXCESS CAPITAL OVER BASEL 3 8%. OVER ALL THE NEW HIGH STANDARDS. EVEN IF YOU STRESS THAT, WE DID STRESS TESTS OURSELVES, BUT WE'RE GENERALLY $30 BILLION.WE'RE GOING TO BE BUILDING UP A LOT OF EXCESS CAPITAL.WE WOULD LIKE TO START A DIVIDEND.

Dimon on Organic Growth:

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR US IS ALWAYS ORGANIC GROWTH. USE YOUR CAPITAL, BILL YOUR BUSINESS. AFTER YOU DO THAT, AND AFTER YOU DO IT WELL, YOU CAN ALWAYS THINK ABOUT ACQUISITIONS. SO WE'LL THINK ABOUT THEM, WE DON'T FEEL WE HAVE TO DO THEM TO JUSTIFY OUR EXISTENCE OR TO GROW OUR EARNINGS AND STUFF LIKE THAT. IF THERE'S GREAT OPPORTUNITY, WE WILL DO IT.

Dimon on Europe:

EUROPE WILL MUDDLE THROUGH. WHAT YOU SEE IS REGULATORS AND POLITICIANS DEVOTED TO GETTING THROUGH THE CURRENT TROUBLE.I DON'T KNOW, BUT I THINK THEY WILL. WE'RE PREPARED, WE'RE PROTECTED EITHER WAY.

Dimon on Daley:

FIRST OF ALL, I THINK BILL DALEY IS AN EXCEPTIONAL HUMAN BEING. HIS BRAINS, HIS COMMON SENSE, HIS PRAGMATISM,YOU READ -- ANYONE YOU TALK TO WILL TELL YOU WHAT A WONDERFUL PERSON HE IS. HE HAS A JOB NOW TO WORK FOR THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND A TERRIBLE LOSS FOR US. I THINK IT'S A GREAT CHOICE FOR THE COUNTRY, BECAUSE I THINK HE'LL TRY TO -- ANYTHING HE TOUCHES I THINK HE'LL MAKE BETTER.

Dimon on Change in DC:

I THINK THERE'S BEEN A RECOGNITION ON THE PART, IN GENERAL IN WASHINGTON, MAYBE THE PRESIDENT HOW IMPORTANT JOBS, COMPETITIVENESS IS GOING TO BE. AND GLOBAL COMPETITIVENESS. YOU'VE SEEN A CHANGE IN RHETORIC THAT'S A GOOD THING. YOU'VE SEEN A CHANGE IN ACTION. I HEARD, THE PRESIDENT TOOK A TRIP TO INDIA. A LOT OF PEOPLE SAID HE DID A GREAT JOB TO HELP SELL AIRPLANES AND GOODS.

Dimon on America Getting Its Mojo Back:

I LOOK AT THE LANDSCAPE, I CAN'T SEE ANYTHING THAT'S WORSE THAN IT WAS A YEAR AGO. AMERICA WILL GET ITS MOJO BACK AND WE'LL START TO GROW AND EVERYONE WILL BE SURPRISED.
