BERLIN, Jan 22 (Reuters) - The head of the European rescue fund Klaus Regling suggested restructuring Greek debt a few weeks ago, a plan greeted with sympathy from euro zone finance ministers at a meeting this week, German magazine Der Spiegel said. "The measure has good prospects of being signed off as part of a comprehensive package to stabilise the euro zone at the European Council in March," Spiegel said in a pre-publication, without quoting any sources.
