POPS (stocks that jumped higher)

Eastman Chemical (EMN) popped 2%.
The company’s board approved the repurchase of up to $300 million of Eastman common stock. - Despite the run I still like it, says Guy Adami.

Dr. Pepper Snapple (DPS) popped 5%. The company posted quarterly profit that beat estimates and gave an upbeat forecast with price increases helping offset higher juice costs. - It seems to me momentum is slowing, says Joe Terranova. I'd avoid it.

DROPS (stocks that slid lower)

American Express (AXP) dropped 2%. The rhetoric over card fees and price caps landed center stage in Washington. - I'm a buyer of weakness, says Tim Seymour.

Suntrust Banks (STI) dropped 2%. Oppenheimer maintained its ‘Underperform’ rating on the stock with analysts commenting the shares had come too far too fast and were currently overvalued. - If you want to be in the financials I'd play it long BofA, says Brian Kelly.

Green Mountain (GMCR) down 8%.A leaked memo from Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz suggested the Seattle coffee giant might not partner with Green Mountain in the single-serve market, after all. (Earlier reports suggested it would.)
