SHAKY: NZ kiwi dips after recovering from the earthquake in New Zealand’s second largest city.

WINNER: The pentagon will finally decide whether EADS or Boeing will win their $35 billion tanker contract today.
EARNINGS: GM beats on top and bottom lines, Kohl’s in line; Target misses on EPS; Sears beats EPS; RBS swings back to profit in 2010 after huge losses last year.
