Lightning Round: Alcoa, Universal Displays, Health Care REIT and More

Alcoa : Cramer called this one of his favorite stocks. He thinks it could benefit from the Japanese rebuilding.

Spectrum Pharmaceutical : This is a good speculative play, Cramer said. Being as it's at its highs, he would take profits, though.

Universal Displays : The "Mad Money" host likes this company and thinks PANL can be bought.

Pfizer : This pharmaceutical giant could go higher, Cramer said. Still, he would rather invest in Celgene .

Rubicon Minerals : Cramer admits he's missed a few calls on this stock.

Merck : This company is "dead money," Cramer said. Don't buy.

American Capital Agency : This REIT pays a 19.9 percent dividend yield, but Cramer doesn't know how they pay that, so he will pass on the stock.

Health Care REIT : This stock is core to any good portfolio, Cramer said. Buy, buy, buy.

When this story was published, Cramer's charitable trust owned Alcoa.
