Hot IPO pricing tonight at NYSE for trade tomorrow: I have been telling you about the excitement around the IPO of Arcos Dorados Holdings.
What's so exciting about it? They are the largest franchisee of McDonald'sin the world. They own 1,755 restaurants in 19 Latin American/Caribbean countries. They are based in Buenos Aires.
Why is this so exciting? Because this is the perfect stock for all those emerging market funds — and it appears they are lining up to buy big-time.
How big? Traders are telling me they are upping both the deal size and the price: now 70 million shares (up from 62.5 million) shares at $15-$16 (up from $13-$15).
The CEO will be ringing the opening bell at the NYSE; we will be interviewing him at 9:55am ET.
The other big IPO pricing tonight, Zipcar (Check this ticker when live: ) also looks to be holding up, still 8.33 million shares at $14-$16.
