DOJ Seeks Additional Info from Nasdaq on NYSE Bid

It didn’t take long for the Department of Justice to issue a second request to Nasdaq and IntercontinentalExchange seeking additional information as it scrutinizes its bid for the NYSE.

It’s in no way a surprise that the DOJ would issue a so-called “second request,” but I can’t remember such a request coming only three days after the deal was formally submitted for review to anti-trust regulators.

More as I get it.
