GREENBACK DOWN: Dollar is at a 3-year low; the Euro is above 1.48.
REPORTING-A-POLOOZA: P&G misses; Bristol-Myers Squibb, Shell, Viacom, Dow Chemical Motorola, CME and Pepisco beat. Lubrizol, um, sees a 4% profit rise.
DER JOB: German unemployment fell more than expected in April, near a 2-decade low. Yes, you're stronger than the rest of Europe, we get it.
BOJ RED: The Bank of Japan kept monetary policy unchanged, even though it lower growth forecasts and said the economy dipped into recession this year.
BOOK VALUE: A group of Facebook shareholders are looking to cash in $1b shares in the secondary market.
ENTERPRISE VALUE: Exelon confirms its purchase of Constellation Energy with a combined value of $52b.
iSPY: Apple says yes they spy but it's only for the improvement of the iPhone and its apps. Rep. Joe Barton says Jobs "lied" to lawmakers saying the phones didn't collect any info. BTW, the white one is finally on sale today.
