'Fast' Traders' 6 Fast Trades

With another week of trading underway, the "Fast Money" traders on Monday revealed what stocks they're watching and how they plan to trade them.

Unusual Activity

Take a look at Tyson Foods , trader Pete Najarian said.

A month ago, the stock was trading at roughly $20 a share, but has been dropping ever since. The July 16 calls, though, were extremely active in early trading Monday. To Najarian, the activity suggests options traders are betting TSN has a little upside.

Gold Miners Issue Dividends

In hopes of wooing investors, the gold miners are starting to issue dividends, The Wall Street Journal reported Monday.

"The big knock on gold in itself is that it doesn't yield anything, so I actually find the gold miners to be rather compelling here," trader Brian Kelly said, adding he likes Newmont Mining in particular.

Pops & Drops

Potash (POT) popped 1%: The agricultural space continues to do well, Kelly said. In addition to POT, he's also bullish on fertilizer maker Intrepid Potash .

Xerox (XRX) popped 3%: Barron's reported the photocopy and personal publishing company is changing its business model, but trader Stephen Weiss isn't changing his mind on this stock. He remainds bearish on XRX.

AK Steel Holding (AKS) dropped 3%: The steel maker's stock fell over concerns of a global economic slowdown. Stuart Frankel's Steve Grasso doesn't buy into that arguement, though. He recommends holding shares below the 200-day moving average at $14.83. Grasso himself is long AKS.
