Hulu is on track to “approach half a billion in 2011 revenue” as its number of paying subscribers increases, the company's CEO said on Wednesday.
CEO Jason Kilar said on a company blog post that the number of video ads on Hulu surpasses competing services by about 2 times.
The company has also increased the range of devices that the subscription service Hulu Plus can be accessed from.

Hulu saw nearly 1 million subscribers in its first 7.5 months and hopes to increase this number as it continues with plans to make "Hulu Plus available on every internet connected device," Kilar said.
