CNBC Moments: Best Videos for Thursday

Investors had a lot of questions today so we had plenty of guests on to explain what was going on.

Peter Schiff, Euro Pacific Capital, and Zach Karabell, Rivertwice Research, discussed whether the US ever escaped its recession and if it's now in a depression. (Watch here)

Jim Rogers, a well-known investor who co-founded the Quantum Fund with George Soros, warned that the U.S. dollar is not a safe haven. He also said to expect a trade war with Brazil.

“I hope the trade war doesn’t break out" because throughout history when it does it has "caused depressions,” Rogers said. “You saw what happened in the 1930s. It led to depression and it also led to war. So I hope it can be contained.”

Meanwhile, CNBC's Rick Santelli got a little irateabout the jobs situation and investment guru Dennis Gartman warned viewers about copper.
