KAYLA TAUSCHE: CARL, EARLY DAY DISCUSSIONS INDICATE GROUPON WILL LIKELY PRICE SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER THAN EXPECTED NOW TALKED IN A RANGE BETWEEN $19 AND $21 A SHARE. NOW GROUPON WAS INITIALLY EXPECTED TO PRICE BETWEEN 16 AND 18 DOLLARS. REMEMBER PRICING DISCUSSIONS REMAIN FLUID AND COULD CHANGE AS THE DAY PROGRESSES. NOW MANAGEMENT AND BANKERS WILL MEET AFTER THE BELL TODAY TO FINALIZE THAT PRICE. IF IT PRICES AT THE HIGH END OF CURRENT DISCUSSIONS, GROUPON'S VALUATION WOULD STAND AROUND $13 BILLION. THAT WOULD MEAN SOME $630 MILLION IN PROCEEDS FOR THE COMPANY - NOT INCLUDING THE UNDERWRITERS' RIGHT TO SELL MORE SHARES, WHAT THEY CALL A SO-CALLED GREENSHOE OFFERING IN THE COMING DAYS BUT CARL WE WILL BE WATCHING THIS AND AS IT PRICES AND WE WILL HAVE MORE FOR YOU AS IT DEVELOPS.
