Today on CNBC fresh off his Super Bowl win, Victor Cruz was asked about the most-talked about action "off the field."

The Giants’ wide receiver was asked about Gisele Bundchen, Tom Brady’s model wife, going off on the Patriots receivers, blaming them for the Super Bowl loss.

Cruz is represented in marketing by IMG. So CNBC's Anchor Carl Quintanilla picked up that thread.

Carl: IMG represents Gisele. Let’s go there, right?

Cruz: Uh-oh.

Carl: Had she been Eli’s wife, what would have been your response?

Cruz: I don’t know.

That’s a tough one, man. You can’t do that to me.

You know, I understand her frustrations and I understand, you know, that being her husband, it’s a touchy subject.

But, you know, it is what it is. It’s part of the game.

Everybody doesn’t make every catch.

You can watch the full interview in the video clip, but if you want to click ahead, Cruz talks about Gisele beginning at 3:00 into the tape.
