Your Questions about Coal and Homebuilders

The Fast Money traders always enjoying hearing from you.

On Monday Joe T. tackled a question about coal and Jon Najarian revealed his play on the homebuilders.

Q: Paul Singleton writes, the coal industry has been beaten up but so has nat gas. How would you play it?

A: Joe Terranova replies, “I’m not a big fan of coal, however if you want to play the space I’d do it in a diversified fashion with a long position in Teck Resources or Consol Energy .”

Q: Dana Cato writes, “most homebuilding stocks are down on Monday. Is there a rotation underway?

A: Jon Najarian answers, “I don’t see the volumes that justify saying a rotation is underway. If you’re looking to play the space, I’m a seller of Lennar and buyer Ryland or DR Horton against it.” After the broadcast he told us, the trade is based on Lennar's outperformance as compared to the other two stocks.
