Stocks to Watch: PG, MAR & More

Happy Friday! Check out some of the companies making headlines after-the-bell:

Procter & Gamble - The Dow component increased its quarterly dividend by 7 percent to $0.562 from $0.525.

Marriott International - The hotelier announced it will add more than 70 hotels in the Caribbean and Latin America regions by the end of 2017, which will add 14,000 new jobs in the area.

Callaway Golf and Acushnet - The two companies reached a patent settlement, but details of the agreement were not disclosed.

Leucadia National - The firm said its Chairman Ian Cumming will not be requesting renewal of his contract, which ends in June 2015.

Vringo - The mobile software platform provider surged in after-hours trading after widely-followed investor Mark Cuban disclosed a 7.4 percent stake in the firm in a 13G filing.
