Josh Brown, author of The Reformed Broker blog, prefers longTarget. “I don’t think this stock is done going up,” he says. Brown and others believe economic uncertainty will drive shoppers to Target for competitive prices.

Joe Terranova, chief market strategist for Virtus, is a buyer of Texas Bancshares as a bet this and other US-based regional banks that have little exposure to overseas woes will benefit as the housing market recovers.
