UK Strikes 'Very Regrettable': Strategist

"It's very regrettable, it's a consequence of the public sector having been bloated in the last 10 or 12 years or so, obviously it has to be cut back to size," Roger Nightingale, strategist at Pointon York told CNBC Thursday in a discussion on UK public sector strikes. He added it was "obvious" that pensions needed to be cut and the retirement age extended.
