Most Entrepreneurs Unprepared For The Businesses They Start

"I think the attributes of entrepreneurs, if you had to sum it up, maybe thoughtfulness and persistence. Thoughtfulness because too many people jump into their business without thinking and persistence because the reality is it's not overnight you have to keep going at it," Doug Richard, founder of School for Start-Ups. "I think finance is the second most pressing issue I think the first is that most entrepreneurs are not prepared for the businesses that they start," he added.
