Could a Heineken Takeover of APB Disappoint Investors?

"I think strategically it is a very good deal for Heineken, I think the long-term game for them has always been to take control of this company. Where investors might be disappointed is the price they have to pay the five billion euro bid that they put in place is a defensive bid," Dirk Van Vlaanderen, VP of European equities at Jefferies International, told CNBC.
