Washington Monument Repairs Commence

Nearly two years after an earthquake hit Washington, D.C., work crews have put the final pieces of scaffolding around the Washington Monument, clearing the way for workers to make $15 million in repairs. Erika Gonzalez, WRC-TV reports.
