New iPad Mini will sell for $399

Apple's new iPad Mini will have the same resolution as the iPad Air, reports CNBC's Josh Lipton. Steve Massocca of Wedbush Hedged Dividend Fund Portfolio, doesn't think the stock will move significantly on the announcements today.
