Fired after protesting for a living wage or for attendance?

Colby Harris says he was fired from a Texas Wal-Mart for protesting for better wages and benefits. The National Labor Relations Board says the firings were illegal and Wal-Mart must reinstate those workers. Wal-Mart, on the other hand, says the workers were fired for "violations of other policies including attendance."
