Hoboken mayor claims Christie Admin. held up Sandy funds

The mayor of Hoboken, NJ, Dawn Zimmer (D) tells MSNBC that officials in the administration of NJ Governor Chris Christie told her that Hurricane Sandy relief would be tied to her approval of a redevelopment project. Zimmer explains to MSNBC. The Christie Administration denies the allegation.
