Would you believe that an inmate at a maximum security facility -- whether he is charged with a minor drug offense or quadruple homicide is able to use a tablet computer to listen to the radio, email, get video grams and play games? We visited a maximum security facility in North Dakota to get a first-hand look at tech behind bars. CNBC's Dina Gusovsky reports.
