U.S. Attorney Robert L. Capers announced the arrest of Turing Pharmaceuticals CEO Martin Shkreli and New York lawyer Evan Greebel. Shkreli has been charged with securities fraud conspiracy, securities fraud and wire fraud conspiracy. Greebel has been charged with wire fraud conspiracy.
