White House is unlikely to budge anytime soon in US-China trade talks, experts say

Bruce Andrews, the former U.S. Deputy Secretary of Commerce, and Benn Steil, the director of international economics at the Council of Foreign Relations, said that the White House is unlikely to budge anytime soon in trade talks with China, despite the looming pressure of the upcoming midterm elections.
