The US dollar is still the winner in the short term: UBS

Tan Teck Leng of UBS Global Wealth Management says that Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell's comments on global headwinds "took some wind" out of the U.S. dollar, but that it will remain strong in the short term.
