OPEC needs to surprise with a larger-than-expected cut: Argus Media

Alejandro Barbajosa of Argus Media says the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries needs to cut more than 1.5 million barrels per day, and he expects Saudi Arabia to shoulder around two-thirds of that number.
