Chinese data will be 'gloomy' for the first half of 2019: Investor

China's macroeconomic data is likely to be weak in the first half of 2019 because of deleveraging and trade issues, but the effect of the Chinese authorities' policy easing should be felt by the second half of the year, says Frank Tsui of Value Partners.
