Mueller investigation close to completion: Acting AG Whitaker

CNBC's Eamon Javers reports that Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker is saying that Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation is close to completion. Also, Michael Cohen is now slated to testify to a House Committee on February 8th.
