Expect increase in China tariffs through 2019, trade expert says

President Trump suggested to reporters that the deadline for a trade deal with China is not set in stone, saying that March 1st is "not a magical date." This breaks with previous comments from trade representative Robert Lighthizer, who said that he would stick to the deadline.
