NY politicians, unions, CEOs sign open letter to Bezos to bring back HQ2

General Atlantic's CEO William Ford joins "Squawk Alley" as one of the CEOs who signed onto an open letter in the New York Times to Amazon to try and convince them to bring HQ2 to Long Island City.
