Robots revamp the college dining hall at George Mason University

In January, George Mason University unveiled the first college meal plan to offer food and beverage delivery by self-driving robots. Students can order food to any location on campus via partnerships with Starbucks, Dunkin', Subway and Blaze Pizza for delivery from a fleet of more than 40 autonomous delivery robots. The program was designed by Sodexo with Starship Technologies to "meet the changing preferences of Gen Z."
