Carlos Ghosn proclaims innocence in new video message

Former Nissan and Renault chairman Carlos Ghosn recorded a video ahead of his second arrest last week in which he accused Nissan executives of playing a 'dirty game'. CNBC's Carl Quintanilla reports.
