Claritas is 'very bullish' on most Latin American markets

Helder Rodrigues da Cunha Soares of Claritas says the company is bullish on Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, but not Mexico. He says Brazil finally has a government that is putting the country in the "right direction."
