Philly bans cashless businesses to protect 'unbanked'

As more businesses move to the cashless model, cities are fighting to require dollars be allowed as payment. We go to Philadelphia, where the city has banned cashless businesses to protect unbanked households. And we look at Atlanta, where the new NFL/MLS stadium only accepts digital currency, but has a unique option for those who only carry cash.
