Williams Capital Advisors: I'd rather be in Uber than Lyft

The odds are that Uber's stock will trade up because it priced its shares at the lower end of the target range, says David Williams of Williams Capital Advisors. He also says the price war between Uber and Lyft could get worse now that they have a "war chests" of cash.
